Surely more than once you have received a call from an
unknown number, or they call you from a company to sell you the offer of the
century or even from international numbers, who have got too much time on spare
to irritate someone living thousand miles away. If there are international
calling apps, then there are also certain apps to get rid of all these unwanted
calls.
Mr. Number - Block Calls & Spam Messages
With Mr. Number we will be able to easily block both
unwanted and unidentified calls as well as SMS. Its use is very simple. As soon
as you enter the application, you will be taken to a list where the last
received calls and text messages are displayed. By clicking on one of these
numbers, we access directly the lock screen, we just have to press the
prohibition signal that is on the top right. Through this app, you can block
unlimited calls and messages you receive on daily basis.
Mr. Number – a call blocker and spam messages application is
as famous as any international calling apps. We can create a block list by
simply adding a number, selecting it from contacts, blocking numbers that start
in a certain way or recent calls. The application has a simple interface, which
is very easy to use.
Calls Blacklist
This application is visually pleasing, simple, and adapted
to Material Design so you can block those heavy ones who are so stubborn to
bombard your number with unlimited calls and spam messages. The use of this
application is very intuitive, you will not need an engineering manual to learn
how to use it. When you receive a call that you do not want, just go to the
application, give the "+" button and choose if you want to block the
number of a contact, someone who called you, enter the number by hand, and
other options.
As soon as you run the app you will see the blacklist of
those numbers that you have blocked, while if you click on 'Register', you will
see when those numbers have called you. Each time a blocked number calls you,
the other appears as busy and you receive an SMS notifying you that you have
called.
Truecaller
If the previous app had some visual beauty, in my opinion,
this is even more enjoyable if it fits. Truecaller is not equally simple to use,
but it is also fun. Its interface is similar to various international calling
apps. As soon as you access the application, you will be able to view the call
log as it appears in your smartphone's own record. In this section you can
search the desired number (whether or not a contact) and you can edit or block
it.
To access the settings section you must click on the icon in
the upper left and so you can configure the different parameters. The other fun
feature of Truecaller is you can identify the number with owner’s name, even if
the caller is not in your contact list. You will see the owner’s name with
his/her number, and you know whether to avoid it or receive it. All of its
features are available for unlimited calls and numbers.
Phone Warrior
At the end of the list with we have an application with an epic name, Phone Warrior. The name gives a feeling that when someone unwanted calls you, your smartphone takes out a sword and runs off for that person to "kindly suggest" that he should stop touching his owner's nose. But no, it does the same as the others. In order to block SMS, unfortunately you will have to configure this application as the default for messages, but for calls it is like the rest of apps. To be able to block the unlimited calls of a number you must press a call and then touch on 'call barring'. In this popup menu you can also call that number, send an SMS, delete it or get information about it.
Here we have left you a few apps that will help you get rid of that harassment from unlimited calls from unwanted and unknown numbers. Do you use any of these applications? Do you want to share with us which one you use? Let us know in the comments.
